How amazing this was, a huge cactus flowering so beautifully, Becky said she had been on a nature hike around here and they were offered these flowers to eat, they are quite big, about the size of a small tomato, Becky said it was waxy and kinda strange tasting, so I think that is as much as I want to know about eating cacti flowers, I just enjoyed looking at them.
