What can I say, it's my third Artfest, and I get better at it, and Artfest continues to get better and better, the big differences this year was the quality of the food, it was tremendous, the chef used to have his own very highly regarded restaurant, he uses a lot of organic local produce, the veggies were gorgeous. Every meal was a delight. My favourites were the Tiramisou (?) sorry jet lag is affecting my spelling, and a lentil dish, I wish I could remember its full name, I just remember it being called Beluga lentils, I never would have thought I would rave about lentils!
I would love the recipe!
