On the way home.....

from the bike racing we saw this guy out on his cruiser with his dogs, yes, dogs, he had a back box specially made with two holes cut out of the lid and two little dogs have their heads out, it's hard to see the dogs faces, I don't know what breed they were but they had long fluffy hair, which was blowing about obviously, the guy had taken a lot of care with their comfort as they had dog goggles on, and the edge of the box was cushioned around their necks, and, when he speeded up they ducked back down inside the box, and happily popped back up again as he slowed down,they looked like they were really enjoying it, much to my relief. No wonder the State motto for West Virginia ( where we were) is Wild and Wonderful West Virginia!
